Heery started providing Planning Supervision Services when the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 - more commonly known as the CDM Regulations - came into existence. Following the introduction of the 2007 Regulations, this service is now known as CDM Coordination.

Heery's Pro-Active CDM Coordination Fee Structure
We assess the risks likely to be inherent in a project and then prepare a project specific time schedule before submitting our lowest cost fee. Our fee will not change unless the basis of our fee submission changes.
